The baby’s up–so am I. I’ve been up most of the night, tossing and turning. In fact, I don’t think I’ve truly fallen asleep. I can’t get comfortable, I keep coughing, my head and throat are hurting, yada yada yada.
I have an announcement to make: I’m officially really sick. This sucks. Work is going to suck.

You need to stay home today! You are sick. You have sick time and vacation time. You should be ok to take another day.
